Refund Policy
General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you purchase a subscription, you receive immediate access to all features included in your plan for the full billing period.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at andeh@myjobconcierge.com within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may issue a credit or partial refund.
Pay-Per-Use Services
Charges for individual AI tool uses (e.g., a single CV audit or cover letter) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. No refund is issued for the remaining portion of the billing period.
