Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot the performance of the zone: Develop and deploy the commercial strategy to achieve volume, margin, cash, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Optimize the performance and productivity of sites: Identify gaps and opportunities and implement tailored improvement plans for each site.
• Pilot and develop the performance of managers: Accompany, coach, motivate, and hold managers accountable to ensure profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regular on-site presence: Conduct frequent visits, monitor standard compliance, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions within deadlines.
• Guarantee safety, compliance, and operational continuity: Ensure compliance with HSSE, regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements while maintaining product and equipment availability.
• Guarantee a customer experience in line with brand standards: Ensure service quality, site cleanliness, staff presentation, product availability, and compliance with brand standards.
• Manage talent and underperformance situations: Participate in manager selection and succession, develop their skills, and implement turnaround plans when performance is insufficient.
• Protect the company's interests and ensure reporting: Safeguard assets, margins, receivables, reputation, and contractual rights while providing reliable reporting on performance, risks, opportunities, and actions taken.
