Data Deletion Policy

Your Right to Erasure

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a verified deletion request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile and contact details.
• CVs, cover letters, and documents you have uploaded.
• Interview and coaching transcripts.
• Job match history and scores.
• Marketing consent records (unsubscribed, not deleted — required for suppression lists).

Backup Purge

After primary deletion, your data will be purged from all backup systems within an additional 30 days.

Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax compliance) or where needed to resolve an active dispute.

How to Request Deletion

Send your deletion request to andeh@myjobconcierge.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
